• Your Originating Agency Identifier Number (ORI Number) identifies the agency requesting the live scan fingerprinting and for what purpose. Once completed, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement sends the results to the agency’s clearinghouse database.

Appointment Guidelines

Day of Your Scheduled Appointment

Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time. To respect all clients’ appointments, services are efficiently completed within approximately 15 minutes.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

What to Bring

To complete your appointment, please bring:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport)

  • Your ORI Number (Originating Agency Identifier) – This number identifies the agency requesting your background check and the purpose of submission

  • Your Social Security Number (card not required, but you must provide the number)

Incomplete information may delay processing.

Service Pricing

Pricing varies depending on the agency requesting your background check.

  • AHCA & Department of Health (photo required): $115

  • Department of Children & Families (DCF): $100

  • Most other FDLE submissions: $85

Plus applicable sales tax.

Deposits & Scheduling Policy

A $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward the total cost of service. The deposit reserves your scheduled time and ensures dedicated service upon arrival.

Appointments are time-specific and held exclusively for the scheduled client. Arrival more than 10 minutes past the scheduled time will be considered a missed appointment. In such cases, the deposit will be retained and a new appointment must be scheduled.

All service fees are final once services are rendered. Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Mobile appointments require full payment in advance and must be completed through a secure payment link prior to confirmation.

No exceptions.

By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
